The Northern Hamilton County Chamber of Commerce is offering a 5-week course on Entrepreneurship. The course is targeted towards individuals that would like to start and operate their own business – whether part-time or full-time.
While a team could be two peers, parent/young adult and mentor/mentee teams are encouraged.
During the course, we will be building a business plan for an idea we provide, and in parallel, have the teams build a business plan for an idea they identify.
Our outline for the five sessions includes:
- Find your idea
- Create your vision and a price
- Get it started
- Getting “hogs off of the truck”
- Next steps
Classes begin Wednesday, February 23rd
- Start time – 7pm
- For each class, plan 2-2.5 hours
